Chip in to help with costs of toiletries, travel expenses, a hot meal and a pair of pyjamas for a young person staying with a Nightstop host.
Nightstop provides emergency accommodation for young people at risk of homelessness. Nightstop volunteer hosts welcome young people into their homes to give respite for the night.
Nightstop volunteer hosts are ordinary members of the public who offer their spare room to a young person to keep them safe from the risks of the streets. But the costs of food, fuel, clothing, training and vetting volunteers and providing ongoing support from teams of staff, do come at a price.
This is why we need you to donate. Your donation today can transform lives this winter.
£3 could help cover DBS checks to ensure the safety of young people and volunteers.

Every day, more than 350 young people become homeless in the UK. In London alone, youth homelessness is up by 41% this year, with many facing cold nights and unsafe conditions. Family breakdown, poverty, and abuse are the main reasons young people leave home. Many are traumatised and unsure where to seek help.
It is only with the kind and generous donations from people like you, Nightstop can be there to help others, like Jamie.

Every donation, no matter how small, can make a difference in the life of a young person in need.
Depaul UK’s emergency accommodation service Nightstop uses a network of trained and vetted volunteer hosts, ordinary members of the public who offer their spare room for the night, to keep a young person safe and off the streets.
This extraordinary act of kindness can be the turning point for a young person in crisis. Once safe, they can get help from our staff to find longer-term accommodation and support to achieve stability in their lives. We aim to ensure young people leave homelessness behind for good.
This simple intervention relies on our volunteer hosts and you to believe in young people, giving them a sense of hope so they can start to look towards a brighter future
