In 2024, we remained resilient in a challenging environment marked by government changes, rising inflation, and increasing homelessness.
We expanded our services and purchased new homes, providing safe, supported places for clients. Our Client Involvement programme strengthened, ensuring the voices of those we support remained central to our work.
We also engaged with central, local, and regional governments to influence policy, advocating for meaningful change. Over the year, we reached more than 11,000 young people through our services.
