Kate joined Depaul UK in January 2018 as Executive Director of People & Organisational Development. She has over 10 years of experience of leading people strategy in the third sector and has worked for a variety of charities specialising in addiction recovery, mental health and accessing employment.
She is passionate about helping people to achieve their potential and is excited by the role, which gives her the opportunity to build opportunity for both the employees of Depaul and the young people they work with.
Kate is a qualified Leadership and Management Coach and holds a CIPD qualification in Managing Organisational learning and Development.
